2009 Budget Report

Within Mr. Criminal Hays Budget for 2009 I want to point out discrepancies of this City and it's 2009 Budget.

Click here to go to Kansas Department of Revenue Here are the facts of this budget and within this Budget for 2009 you will see that the numbers from the State and the numbers of Dennis Hays City just don't match. I do believe that suppressing the budget is an open criminal offence of KSA 21-3902 Official Misconduct and KSA 21-3904 Presenting a False Claim. Under these same violations we have that our Mayor Joe Reardon approved this 2009 Budget prepared by Hays in violation KSA 21-3905 Permitting a False Claim.

We at Rotten Politics see this in total of the administration of the City a violation of KSA 21-4403 Deceptive Commercial Practice, because the City has money but the City (Hays & Reardon) in the 2009 Budget show it is broke and thus needs to find more money. This is just another ponsi scheme to bilk the BPU and get money from the ratepayers and taxpayers just to satisfy the City Hall Corruptors.

2009 Budget Data showing Sales Tax Available In this chart you can see that the money collected by the City is $36,276,000

Charts from budget showning the amount of money collected from Sales Taxes The State shows that Wyandotte County on page 2 of 6 collected $20,906,918.99 and the City received on page 4 of 6 $22,761,312.07 from Sales tax. The total collected for the UG of KCK was $43,668,231.06-- some $7.4 Million shorted on the budget?

Beaky Hays is telling us that there are no Chickens in the Coop and that all of us should cough up $ Cash to get more. The means to get more money from us is from PILOT Fee's inserted on the BPU bill, this is not a tax and not a utility increase, making all politicians look good?
