Dennis Hays blames the "National Recession" for the financial problems of Wyandotte County. Never mind that he and his wife are getting salary increases every year through budget increases financed by poor people.

Why let a little thing like that worry you when you can steal more salary money as the poor peasants pay for your bounty. The UG workers get furloughed, fired and demoted and Hays gets a new truck, free gas and a extra retirement check he can hide from his ex-wife while he rides his new trike dike. Just shave and it feels brand new, oh well at least the seat is new.

While poor people lose their houses and pay tax rates that are so high they can barely afford to stay in their homes, Hays rides around in a luxury SUV talking on his taxpayer cell phone planning his six week vacation to Hawaii. Rick Worner lurks in the shadows planning more TIF districts for poor people to pay for.

All the while Mayor Reardon hides in the closet waiting for the right opportunity to burst out and make another major announcement about more TIF Districts that suck up poor peoples tax money. Free streets and sewers, no problem for Hays and Reardon, their streets and roads are brand new and the grass is mowed. In town, their are bullett riddled houses that look like a movie scene from Iraq.

Reardon says do not worry I will pop out of the closet and run to Dennis and Denise's House and seek shelter from my new neighbor who took all of the tax money and bought the house. This is relly cool living off of poor taxpayers who can barely afford to stay in their own homes.

"As The City Cries WOLF Again! People just how many times do we need to be threatened with "Pay" or we will take you're "Guaranteed Basic Services" away?

Recap from last year -- When your Communities were annexed by the City of Kansas City Kansas the Guaranteed for taxes paid was to provide all basic services. In the last few months we have heard vote for the new higher sales tax and property taxes or we will take away "Guaranteed Basic Services".

*IDEA*

Cut Administrative salaries, stop all the Giveaways -Wal-Mart - Wizards - NASCAR - Schlitterbahn - Rehorn's Village West - and etc & etc. Why should the top 100 City Administrators get paid annually $10 Million while 1000 of the Lower City Employees get paid annually less? TOP HEAVY?

Vote all the people in Office now, OUT or DE-Annexasion and rid yourselves of Political Corruption, Greed and Bad Government.
