All the following projects were the End All of all projects to lower taxes, fund schools, etc. etc.

• Minnesota Avenue – Bad Mayor made this project for his Son in Law who made $ millions off of Taxpayers.
  
• KCK Jail – Must have – Building Cost $20 Million – No-Bid Contracts and Over Runs added another $40 million. $60 million total for a $15 million Project that made the Good Ol’ Boys $40 million to start their plot to Finance all Corrupt Politicians and fleece $ Millions more from Taxpayers.
  
• Indian Springs – Killed small businesses throughout the City. City just bought it (Again) for $10 Million?
  
• Junior College – Good Project – Over Priced – No-Bid Contract for the Good Ol’ Boys. School Board wants all the money while teachers get $1.00 a day and Bureaucrats get $ millions. Shame! KCKCC is now the clean up for City Projects, Gary Grable instructs what and when to spend taxpayers money. (example) City wants Wal-Mart to build a Super Store at Village West but Wal-Mart has a store at 65th and State Ave. City through KCKCC buys 65th St. Wal-Mart for $ Millions and Wal-Mart is given $15 Million more for Curbs and Sidewalk and we have a Wal-Mart in Village West paid for with Taxpayers money?
  
• Woodlands – Great Idea and the City made money tell the Politicians saw the amount that could be made and took it over by force. Now it is gone. Political Greed!
  
• UG form of Government – Lower Taxes – Rid the Good Ol’ Boys – Solve all Problems. The Boys got stronger, richer and greedier. Now our City is over $3 Billion in Debt and wanting to take over the BPU. Property Tax has Tripled, Corruption is out of Control and we have only one TJ Reardon.
  
• NASCAR – Case Closed Deal to end all deals. Carol Marinovich said “This will put KCK on the map.” The $300 million plus track put us on the map for the stupidest City. We paid NASCAR to build the track and NASCAR owns the track. We get nothing $ 0.00 for 30 years and by then NASCAR will be gone. Texas paid $119 million for the track they own completely. Texas Motor Speedway is twice the size of Kansas, they own it and lease it to NASCAR to make $ millions. We get nothing for 30 years? Another dumb business deal that cost the Taxpayers $ Millions and Millions for a Gamble!
  
• Village West – We gave Out- of- Town Companies $700 million to come build at Village West. Not only did we pay for the Construction we gave them Tax Incentives for 30 Years. Our Taxes Tripled so The City took from the Poor- to give to the Rich. Our City Bond Council- Bonded the whole project for 7% here and 7% there making Worner $ Billion and the Good Ol’ Boys and OUR TAXES TRIPLED! Now in 2010 "The Big Dream" Village West is not paying taxes and getting low or no utility bills.   This Give Away to the Rich – Killed Small Business in OUR CITY… but it financed more politicians who do as told?
  
• Schlitterbahn – The Biggest Joke of ALL! We have Wolf Lodge and across town is Oceans of Fun? This Water Park is useful 3 to 4 months a year and has COST TAXPAYERS $500 million to date. The FAIR BOARD (GARY GRABLE) GAVE our FAIR GROUNDS AWAY. Dennis Hays bought OLD Water Park Equipment and Junked the Area-Up to make you think it opened.
  The State has pulled the plug, investors have said NO MORE, but ARROGENT Dennis Hays wants to HOCK our Nearman Power Plant to get money to continue the useless Water Park. The BPU has been bond debited for $645 Million? BPU Report
  I see this as a Criminal Misuse of Public Funds and it is apparent that Hays made a deal with Schlitterbahn were he gets a percentage of the cost to drive a loser project this far and hard. Or, does Hays just want to see our City bankrupted???? What do you think KCK? BYE-BYE Hays…. Come on Grand Jury Investigations and Full Financial Subpoenas.
• Cerner and the Wizards - Another $500 Million "Giveaway" where Worner writes the Bond for $ Million and he and Banker Gary Grable bought or stole the land and are Real-Estate Agents also and all this equates to Greed and Corruption in Business dealings violating Kansas Law KSA 21-3902 Official Misconduct, KSA 21-4403 Deceptive commercial practice, KSA 21-3903 Compensation for past official acts, KSA 21-3904-3905 Presenting and Permitting False Claims. KSA 21-4401 Racketeering, Civil Conspiracy and KSA 58-3062 Prohibited acts of Real Estate Brokers and KSA 29-101 to 501 Condemnation laws of Illegal Condemnations.
