The BPU is Giving Marc Conklin a RAISE
Full pay while being home not working due to his and Turners Indictment?

Please tell me this is-not true?
This is a must cannot be, by our BPU and City.
If GOD would ever intervene on or over a matter, this would be it!

I was just told that the employees of the BPU all got a raise and that is all OK with me!
Someone please tell me how Marc Conklin could have gotten a raise?

I say now as I had said before, stop all pay to Marc Conklin, crooked contract, written by Hal Walker, or not.

This crooked contract hand written by corrupt Hal Walker needs to be torn up and Hal (Ham Bone) Walker has needed to be fired for 30 years, when he first went to the dark side and got involved with our then new jail and it’s cost over run of $40 million.
Walker (City Attorney), Turner (County Attorney), and Conklin as a legal aid were all part of the jail board.

I say we take the chance that Conklin will be guilty of misappropriation of public funds, bid rigging, no-bid contracts, bribery and racketeering. As corrupt as our City is at least one of these will stick. Marc Conklin and Rod Turner will not go free! We must stop paying Conklin’s $15,000/month salary plus insurance.

A provision of Ham Bone Walker’s contract states that Conklin gets paid even if indicted. Do you think they thought this would happen? Of course! They all knew what was going on and knew someone would take the fall. Conklin seems to have been their fall guy from the beginning, so he got this protection – with public money, of course.

If Conklin’s salary is stopped, but by some quirk of fate or injustice Conklin is found not guilty, then the BPU [US] will have to pay him the back salary. I say lets take that chance. Why should he be indicted, sit on his duff, and get paid [with our money] several times more per month than any of us?

Let’s Take That Chance! Conklin and Turner didn’t care about us, or they would not have been stealing money from us for years and years.
