Unified Government of Wyandotte County Set to Increase BPU Rates
Why cut expenditures when you can just tax the residents of Wyco more and more. Hold the line on taxes but increase BPU pilot taxes to get the cash. Cash that you can then give away to Rick Worner and Friends of Bill Miller who will kick back to his campaign.
For years Bill Miller and Dennis Hays have been fleecing the taxpayers of Wyandotte County. Free Parking Lots for his Company, free utilities for the entire UG. The BPU cannot carry the entire city with cash. The management system that Miller and Hays use to fleece the county into bankruptcy is more efficient than the politicians of Tamaney Hall. Miller steals from all the poor and then gives to Rick Worner and his powerful friends.
Worner, Miller and Hays treat Wyandotte County citizens like 21st Century Slaves. Four and Five Dollars per day per family they steal the wealth of Wyandotte County and take from the poor and give to Worner and the Rich.
Look through the information on the website to verify the crimes and violations of law that have been committed by these Robber Barrons.
Dear Mr. Reardon,I stumbled across your news and information site and was amazed at the information on the site. I have emailed your site connection to everyone in my directory. Your "Rotten Politics" site has more information on it than the Kansas City Star and Kansan both have printed in 10 years. The newspapers have never covered the corruption in Wyandotte County for fear of their safety. The KC Star does not even have a reporter in town now and never cared for the success of the Kansas side of the State Line. I am sending you $50 dollars in the mail as one of your readers suggested to help you keep this public access site active.I hope that you enjoy continued success in building the necessary resources to fight these monsters at City Hall. With Every Good Wish,Mr. William T. Henry

Top Ten Decisions that Ruined Wyandotte County
10. Giving Away 100% Tax Abatements
9. Letting Gary Grable Count the money
8. Letting Rick Worner Negotiate for the County
7. Keeping Dennis and Denise Hays
6. Mary Jane Johnson in Charge of Anything
5. Allowing Warren Buffett to Negotiate with Hal Walker
4. Letting the STAR Bond District get robbed
3. NASCAR not paying a dime for anything
2. Unified Government Controlling Everything
1. Joe Reardon a pupett becoming Mayor
The UG has been a joke since day one. Hays and the City Hall Mafia took over the County Government and stole all the money by giving it away to developers. What a bunch of Liars and crooks. I hope TJ gets another Grand Jury to look at Dennis Hays and his wife who manages Village West.
I wonder how much money they have buried in their basement?
I have been employed by the City of Kansas City Kansas and then the Unified
Government of Wyandotte County for 31 years. When I started in Public Works
we had department heads and Public works directors that knew what they were
doing. Unfortunately, the last 12 years we have been adrift.During the past
5 years it has gone so far out of control that the other employee's just laugh
at the situation. We base all of our decisions on what Dennis Hays wants and
needs and plans are scrapped just at a whim. This has cost taxpayers millions
in inefficient public works operations. When Schlitterbahn and Rick Worner came
to the city we were forced to give them all of the right of way and streets
on 98th street. We then were forced to cancel all of the public works plans
that had been designed and take their plans and change all of the street plans.
The taxpayers paid for all of this and everyone went to the NCAA basketball
games for free. The low ranking employee's got left behind with taxpayers. This
is just one of hundreds of examples where Dennis Hays changed all the plans
and cost taxpayers millions. Now he wants to do another project at Wyandotte
County Park that will give the same developers, Sunflower Hills Golf Course,
Wyandotte County Park and Capitol Federal/Renaisance Village. They are planning
on closing Wyandotte County Historical Museum and giving it to the developer
too. This is a bad idea.Thank you Mr. TJ Reardon for putting this information
out to the public.UG Employee
Hays used to work for my department in City Hall. Back then they called him
Dennis Daze. He was lazy and never amounted to a hill of beans. He sucked in
with Isabell and said Yes Sir everytime he turned around and soon enough he
was in charge of everything.
This is the Peter Principle in it's purest form. Get rid of Hays and everything will improve just like it has since the queen left office.

Wyandotte County Unified Government Budget Meltdown
The UG has had a budget meltdown because of incompetent management. Carol Marinovich and the prior Commission left in 2005 and since then it has been down hill. The tax abatement deals that Rick Worner and the rest of the thieves left behind are the reason Dennis Hays cannot count to ten.
I personally talked to Carol and she told me this was long overdue. Everyone that does business with the UG steals from them. Hays is either in on the take or just so stupid he does not know the difference. Either way he should be fired.
The UG Commission would be wise to listen to Ann Murgia and the new Commissioners who will vote for change. Ann has common sense and will focus on the budget as a whole. The UG should cut all of the Village West marketing money including Denise Hays, management position. Dennis gave her a raise and this entire staff should be eliminated.
The UG has the people in the building that know how to save money. They just need to listen to the employee's and not Hays. The UG is for sure broke but not down and out. They can come back by lowering taxes and building new buildings. Good Luck to the Commission.
Cost of living frozen for employees since January. Hays, Bach, Walker
> rcvd theirs. Does this seem fair?
