Our Fairground was given away and resold twice for millions by the fair board and Mr. Grable. We now have to buy land for $3 million to put another Fairground within. The proposed site is at 141st & 7 Highway a stone throw from Leavenworth County. The UG is also leasing fairground office space in the public levee.
Grable owns this land and all land that can be used to bring utilities to the new Fairgrounds. (Surprised NO)
Grable will get utility right of way pay to cross-said land and will get utilities free to develop the attached land. (What a scam and we all pay for it)Recap!
